If you deposit funds into your BoostSMM wallet but do not place any order, and later request a refund, a 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
The 50% deduction covers transaction charges, service costs, and platform processing fees already incurred.
You are entitled to a full refund if:
You place an order and we are unable to deliver or fulfill the service due to internal system issues or service unavailability.
The delay or failure in service delivery is not caused by any breach on your part, such as violating platform terms or providing inaccurate details.
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
If the service was successfully delivered as requested.
If you violate our Terms of Service or misuse the platform.
If a dispute or reversal has already been initiated through your bank or payment provider.
If you request a refund after 7 days from the original deposit date (unless mandated otherwise by law).

For services involving followers or likes, please wait for an existing order on a specific post or profile link to be fully completed before placing another order on the same link.
Placing multiple orders on the same link (either from our website or another) before completion may result in incomplete delivery, and such cases will not be eligible for a refund.
You are free to place multiple orders simultaneously if they are for different post links (for likes) or different accounts (for followers).
